Booking request information
When you send a booking request, The Guest House Portillo stores the dates, guest counts, name, email, telephone, country, and optional message you provide. We use this information only to review the request, contact you, and administer a possible stay.
Retention and sharing
We do not sell booking information. Calendar feeds shared with booking platforms contain blocked dates only and never include guest names or contact details. Declined, cancelled, and unresolved requests are scheduled for anonymization after 180 days; confirmed stays after 24 months from checkout.
