MARY PAIEWONSKY

Was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. Her parents owned a property in Portillo, where The Guest House by Casa Alegría is now located, so she visited this area frequently as a child, and then passed off her love for the place to her three children: Raymundo Jean, Marco Andre and Carmen Ana. She always loved the idea of building a beach house in Portillo, so when the opportunity arose in 2017, she went for it, resulting in this beautiful property.

Mary´s plans for the future include expanding Casa Alegría and building a few bungalows additional to The Guest House, which will also be available for rent.

She enjoys being surrounded by family and friends and cooking for loved ones. She is a professional interior designer, making this her full-time job as for today.
